UCSC Summer Programs for New Students

Updated: May 7, 2023

Congratulations and welcome to UC Santa Cruz!

UC Santa Cruz offers a variety of summer programs for new students. Some programs are open to all new students, and some are by invitation only. Below is a general list with basic program information.

All new students are required to complete the one credit online Orientation Course (see deadlines here), and they are required to meet all admissions and orientation deadlines (see the To-Do Orientation List page).

This information applies to the entering fall class. Contact the office offering the program directly with questions. Click the program link to learn more about the individual programs.
